Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on location. Metro cities are served faster, while remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or operational delays.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order in real time.

Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on our website or social media.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will make multiple attempts to deliver. If undelivered after repeated attempts, the package may be returned. In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.
