  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but variations may occur due to screen differences.
  • Prices listed include applicable GST, but exclude shipping fees (displayed at checkout).
  • Threadsngiggles reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by them.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s).
  • Order acceptance occurs only after payment confirmation and when we send a dispatch confirmation.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, suspicious transactions, or technical errors.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept major payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, COD where available).
  • All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Threadsngiggles does not store or access your full payment details.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment capture.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.
  • Risk passes to you once the product is handed to the courier, but we’ll assist in case of loss or transit damage.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are applicable only for products that are defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed after inspection.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Threadsngiggles reserves the right to reject returns not meeting these conditions.

8. Product Quality & Fabric

  • Threadsngiggles uses 240–300 GSM premium cotton to ensure durability and structure.
  • We do not sell 180 GSM or lower fabrics till yet, as they lack longevity, comfort, and structure.
  • Slight variations in color, print, or texture are considered normal in garment manufacturing.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with the Site’s operation.
  • Copy, scrape, or resell product data or images without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection (DPDP Act, 2023)

  • Threadsngiggles shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total order amount paid.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to factors beyond our control (logistics delays, natural events, etc.).

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
